Job Summary

A financial company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Loan Transaction Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate underwriting requirements for each document
  • Scan, parce, and/or upload documents into the loan through the Loan Origination System
  • Meet deadlines and quality standards

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least one (1) year of Mortgage experience required
  • Demonstrate responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning; must be a fast paced individual
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service and effective communication
  • Familiarity with mortgage process and mortgage documents
