Job Summary
A mortgage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Underwriter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Underwrite FHA/VA and Conventional loan applications
- Analyze and evaluate mortgage loan files
- Provide support to Loan Officers and Relationship Managers regarding questions and/or clarification of inquiries
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 + years underwriting residential mortgage experience and conforming conventional experience
- FHA DE Status preferred but not required
- SAR/LAPP preferred, but not required
- Working knowledge of Encompass.LOS
