A real estate technology company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Underwriter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Underwriting mortgage loans and verifying for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Providing quick and accurate answers on multiple loan project guidelines
  • Reworking loans to new terms and identifying additional conditions as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Successful experience working as a Mortgage Loan Underwriter and knowledge of underwriting processes and lending systems
  • Thorough understanding of Conventional (Fannie Mae) and FHA Loan Products
  • Prior knowledge of various loan products, credit reports, and debt-to-income ratios
