A recruiting and staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Underwriter in Columbia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Underwriting origination
  • Researching and verifying federal, state and company compliance
  • Communicating credit risk decisions to all appropriate parties

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Four year Degree in related field
  • 2+ years of FNMA and FHLMC underwriting experience
  • Having additional experience with USDA, FHA, and VA
