Job Summary
A mortgage company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Loan Underwriter IV in Orange.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as first point of contact to direct reports and Processing Team Leads
- Performing mortgage documentation, collateral and credit analysis
- Responding to customers both internally and externally
Qualifications for this position include:
- PC skills required
- Must demonstrate leadership qualities
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- Minimum 7+ year's current mortgage underwriting experience
- DE certification with active CHUMS ID
- Minimum 3+ year's current FHA underwriting experience (investor required)
