Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Residential Mortgage Loss Mitigation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform loss mitigation analysis and audits on the servicing-retained portfolio
• Monitor and review the sub-servicer's loss mitigation pipeline and compliance
• Develop procedural manuals and training materials related to loss mitigation performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience in the mortgage industry
• 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Default, including Loss Mitigation with FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
• 1+ years as a financial or business analyst with strong analytical skills
• Experience with MSP/Black Knight is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
