Job Summary

A full-service home financing lender needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loss Recovery Manager in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities related to reviewing / auditing defaulted loans
  • Ensure all transferred loans into the Company comply with investor and insurer requirements
  • Provide detailed reporting on a recurring basis

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University
  • Ten (10) years of Mortgage Default Servicing Operations experience
  • Seven (7) years supervisory/management experience required
  • Combination of education and experience with knowledge of property claims, preservation, REO and analytics, strong compliance knowledge
  • Knowledge of data analysis and improvement tools
