Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Microsoft Teams Voice Senior Associate Engineer in Reston.
Must be able to:
- Design and develop moderately complex solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments
- Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years experience
- Familiarity with the underlying service architecture of Microsoft Teams including performance optimization, reporting, Call Quality Dashboards (CQD), etc
- Knowledge of scripting tools (PowerShell, C#) and automation would be a benefit
- Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
- Experience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS)
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
