Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Operational Support Specialist in Santa Rosa.
Must be able to:
- Participate in centralized operations workflow and processes
- Monitor and process mortgage lien certifications
- Process full pay offs, including demands and releasing of collateral
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma, plus 2+ years of post-high school education or equivalent
- 1-5 years experience performing technical or administrative duties in a related field
- Knowledge of lending operations, documentation, accounting and office administration
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
