• Manage active files from contract through closing, ensuring timely progression
• Identify and resolve issues before they escalate, supporting processors in keeping milestones on track
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, translating complex mortgage details into clear communication

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of loan structuring and mortgage guidelines
• Experience managing loans from contract to close
• Broker channel experience is required
