Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Operations Onboarding Support Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with branch managers to set expectations for the onboarding process
  • Gathering key branch information needed for the onboarding process.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to identify branch specific contact list

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Processing, or Underwriting
  • 3 to 5 years of direct management or project management experience
  • Strategic understanding of the mortgage lending function
  • Strong analytical, judgment and project management abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple departments
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
