Job Summary
A full-service mortgage services company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Operations Onboarding Support Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with branch managers to set expectations for the onboarding process
- Gathering key branch information needed for the onboarding process.
- Collaborating with internal departments to identify branch specific contact list
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Processing, or Underwriting
- 3 to 5 years of direct management or project management experience
- Strategic understanding of the mortgage lending function
- Strong analytical, judgment and project management abilities
- Ability to build relationships with multiple departments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
