Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Operations Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing high volume-sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting to all operations positions
- Providing regular updates to HR and Operations Leadership on progress against hiring targets
- Managing efforts to optimize employment branding and candidate experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or similar, or Mortgage industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, or related Mortgage industry background
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish objectives in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational, project management, and verbal and written communication skills
