Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Operations Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing high volume-sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting to all operations positions
• Providing regular updates to HR and Operations Leadership on progress against hiring targets
• Managing efforts to optimize employment branding and candidate experience

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or similar, or Mortgage industry experience
• Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, or related Mortgage industry background
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish objectives in a timely manner
• Excellent organizational, project management, and verbal and written communication skills
