Job Summary
A financial and banking institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Operations Training Curriculum Design Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build relationships/staying connected to business leaders
- Create and manage a capacity plan to maximize resource utilization
- Manage/Coach a team of facilitators
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel as required
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- 5 or more years of Training / Business experience in Financial Services, within Mortgage Business
- 3 or more years of Management Experience
- End to end knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
