Job Summary

A nationwide direct mortgage lender needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Operations Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Closely monitoring critical service levels
Meeting with direct reports to gain visibility on overall employee quality and productivity
Ensuring policies and procedures are being followed and there are no gaps

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of job-related experience and education
Thorough understanding of all Product Types
10+ years experience in Mortgage banking industry, 5 of which must be Director level or above
Proven track record of effectively leading a team of management-level employees
Extremely organized with ability to effectively handle competing priorities and adapt well to change
Ability to resolve challenging business scenarios and provide creative solutions
