Job Summary
A nationwide direct mortgage lender needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Operations Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Closely monitoring critical service levels
- Meeting with direct reports to gain visibility on overall employee quality and productivity
- Ensuring policies and procedures are being followed and there are no gaps
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of job-related experience and education
- Thorough understanding of all Product Types
- 10+ years experience in Mortgage banking industry, 5 of which must be Director level or above
- Proven track record of effectively leading a team of management-level employees
- Extremely organized with ability to effectively handle competing priorities and adapt well to change
- Ability to resolve challenging business scenarios and provide creative solutions
