A mortgage company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Originator Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Initiate required verifications for customers
- Assist with handling sales and marketing promotions
- Initiate customer follow up calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma
- One year experience as loan coordinator/processor
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
- Ability to manage a pipeline and communicate effectively
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic detail oriented environment
- Knowledge of state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations
