Job Summary

A mortgage company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Originator Assistant.

Must be able to:

Initiate required verifications for customers
Assist with handling sales and marketing promotions
Initiate customer follow up calls

Qualifications for this position include:

High School Diploma
One year experience as loan coordinator/processor
Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
Ability to manage a pipeline and communicate effectively
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic detail oriented environment
Knowledge of state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations
