A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Originator Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Initiate required verifications for customers
- Assist with handling sales and marketing promotions
- Review customer paperwork, issue pre-approvals and generate disclosure packages
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
- High School Diploma
- Ability to manage a pipeline and communicate effectively with clients throughout the loan process
- Knowledge of state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, and Excel
