A reverse mortgage provider has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Planning Professional.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Originating leads, completing loan applications, and helping customers move through loan process
- Building both customer and business partner relationships within various local markets
- Maintaining a professional relationship with all customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Remote transportation required to meet clients and business partners face to face
- 1 - 3 year’s work experience in Mortgage Industry or related field
- Previous licensing or extended education (Realty, Insurance, etc)
- Successful track record in relationship building sales
- Strong knowledge and background in First Mortgage loan originations
- Ability to query, run reports and modify data in financial systems
