Job Summary
A full-service mortgage lender is seeking a Remote Mortgage Portfolio Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting with inputting borrower information
- Ensuring all documentation is accounted for and properly completed/signed
- Collaborating with loan processor to ensure smooth transition of work
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years administrative or clerical experience
- Valid NMLS License
- Mortgage company experience
- Strong computer skills and Strong Microsoft Office Suite application skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
