Job Summary

A mortgage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Processing Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Maintains compliance with all applicable lending laws and regulations
• Participates in the supervision, motivation, education, coaching and evaluation of the performance of the processing staff positions in the department
• Supervises and directs the Processing team through effective coaching, training and staff development methods

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Strong leadership, organizational, financial and communication skills
• Minimum of 7 years of experience and knowledge in mortgage lending
• Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (business or finance preferred)
• Experience leading and supervising a team of staff members
