A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for brokers after loan submission
• Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness, and manage documentation for approvals
• Maintain communication with brokers and manage the loan process to ensure timely closings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
• Knowledge of current regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with Encompass systems preferred
• Wholesale experience preferred
