Remote Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

Supporting the mortgage team, the full-time Remote Mortgage Processor will manage loans from intake through submission, ensuring effective borrower communication and documentation review in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between borrowers, loan officers, and other parties throughout the loan process
• Collect and review borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness while preparing loan files for submission
• Monitor pipeline status and assist in clearing front-end conditions to maintain a smooth processing workflow

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of mortgage experience
• Prior mortgage processing experience is required
• Strong knowledge of Encompass software
• Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM loan products
• Ability to manage multiple active loans with accuracy and urgency
