Core Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the timely delivery of all loan disclosures
• Scheduling and tracking closing dates
• Submitting complete loan files for underwriting review

Skills and Requirements Include:

• At least 3 years of recent experience in an operational role in the residential mortgage industry
• Adept at calculating income from salaried and self-employed individuals
