Job Summary
A loan and mortgage company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Processor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing quality loan processing in a paperless work environment
- Maintaining positive working relationships between peers and managers as well as with Third Parties
- Acting as a liaison between Third Party Originating client, loan officer and/or realtor, underwriters, closers, and other partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge of regulatory changes, external and internal compliance requirements, and investor guidelines to insure loan salability
- Experience using agency automated underwriting systems
- Be an advocate of the TPO client; ability to quickly resolve customer escalations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have processed mortgage loans for a minimum of 3 years
- FHA/VA/USDA/VHDA experience
