A mortgage company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Processor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing submissions for completeness of documentation required for loan approval
  • Submitting all eligible files through DU/LP for automated approval
  • Obtaining and reviewing needed documentation for final approval

Required Skills:

  • Ability to provide and maintain effective and positive communication
  • Ability to quickly learn new or different techniques, products and computer programs
  • Ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems at a functional level
  • Strong knowledge of multiple loan programs including FHA/VA, Conventional, ACCESS, USDA DU/LP, Jumbo
