Job Summary

A financial company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Processor in Goodyear.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Submitting detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department
  • Updating loan documentation in our system on a regular basis
  • Handling all borrower communication from the point of contract to closing the loan

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 2 years mortgage processing experience
  • Prior experience as Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter
  • Experience working in a lender’s environment and using Encompass LOS
