Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is seeking a Remote Mortgage QA Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Perform review, analysis, and risk grading of loan packages
- Review, analysis and risk assessment of simple to moderately complex personal and business entity financial statements, credit reports and supporting data
- Review, analysis and risk assessment of borrower management experience and provide concise summaries of risk factors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Typically requires a BA or BS degree and/or 1 to 3 years of technical experience
- Ability to evaluate moderately complex personal and business financial statements and tax returns
- Ability to evaluate credit
