A staffing and recruitment agency is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Quality Control Auditor in Lake Worth.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Re-underwrite of loan files
• Analyze and recalculate of borrower income
• Make determinations that elements meet investor guidelines

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Five to ten years experience in an underwriting and auditing role is required
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA lending requirements
