A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Quality Control Auditor in Orlando.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting Prefund and Post-Close quality control audits
  • Re-underwriting mortgage loan files
  • Identifying defects in the file or origination process

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of residential mortgage underwriting experience
  • Strong experience in both manual and automated underwriting of Conforming, Government, Jumbo and Non-QM loan products is required
