A software development company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Quality Control Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a compliant quality control program for conforming mortgages
- Managing a quality control program for non conforming mortgages
- Performing pre- and post-fund QC reviews with the quality control analyst
Qualifications for this position include:
- 12+ years leading mortgage quality control experience including leadership experience
- Ability to interpret rules, regulations and laws
- Ability to apply interpretations to build and improve new business processes
- Ability to build process from ground level and thrive in a startup environment
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
- Experience working effectively across functions to achieve common goals
