Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Quality Control Tester in Dallas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Expanding and implementing procedures for quality control processes
• Monitoring audit results and make recommendations for changes when appropriate
• Performing and coordinating quality control audits of all loan types as needed

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum 3 years in QA, QC, Operations Controls to perform underwriter test case review
• Knowledge of agency, investor, and FHA/VA/USDA guidelines
• Experience with Fannie Mae Desktop, Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor, and LoanBeam
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Consultative and collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
• Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities
