Job Summary
A mortgage company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Receiving Setup Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure that all routine, clerical, and non-clerical tasks are completed by the setup team
- Communicate with the Ops management team if any updates are needed
- Oversee all required internal reporting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associates degree from two-year accredited college and four or more years related mortgage industry experience
- Minimum of one year of management experience
- Extensive knowledge of Loan Estimate and TRID regulations
- Familiarity with state and federal disclosure requirements
- Experience in the Mortgage industry required
