Job Summary
A mortgage services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Red Flag Fraud Investigator I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing investigative research
- Reviewing reported suspicious activity and creating case management reports for suspected fraud
- Establishing a means of communicating relevant findings to leadership
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of two years within the mortgage industry
- A minimum of two years experience in fraud investigations and/or red flag audit reviews
- Knowledge of fraud tools such as LexisNexis, Loan Safe
- Examples of data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to handle multiple assignments in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and full Google App suite, moderate Excel knowledge
