Job Summary
A staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Reverification Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Validate income and assets for borrowers on closed loans
- Maintain and manage a pipeline and follow-up system to ensure timely responses
- Review provided documentation to clear closing conditions identified by the underwriter
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to work in multiple systems to capture all required reporting data
- Must pass the underwriting skills test
- Must have Mortgage experience
- Detailed oriented/strong organizational skills
- Able to provide concise, condensed narrative when presenting loan recommendations
