Job Summary

A real estate and financial services company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Sales Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop & execute a comprehensive strategy of sales routines, incentives & process to build enduring customer and agent relationships
• Recruit, develop & lead a high-performing team of licensed Mortgage Loan Officers and Sales Managers
• Develop, manage, and execute initiatives necessary to achieve company goals

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of experience of developing and managing sales teams in the mortgage industry
• Experience cultivating and maintaining relationships with top producing real estate agents
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Deep knowledge and understanding of mortgage transactions, mortgage compliance, loan products, and sales techniques
• Tangible experience building something from the ground up
