Job Summary

A mortgage lender and financer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Services ServiceNow Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Administering the ServiceNow platform
  • Gathering and reviewing stakeholder process requirements
  • Managing technical teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator
  • 3+ years of Systems Administrator experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role with ITIL and ITBM processes
  • Experience with Performance Analytics
  • Experience with Web Services integrations
