Job Summary
A nationwide banking and financing company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Servicing Compliance Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide corporate compliance support to the Mortgage Servicing division
- Provide support for compliance policy and communications relating to Home Mortgage and Mortgage Servicing
Position Requirements Include:
- Creative problem solver
- Strong Excel skills, able to create complex spreadsheets that clearly convey required data to management
- Committed to developing needed relationships with Investors, Branches and other Departments
- Two or more years of Mortgage Loan Servicing
- Familiar with loan servicing and investor guidelines
