Job Summary
A financial services provider is in need of a Remote Mortgage Servicing Default Subject Matter Expert.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing compliance transactional testing and targeted assessments
- Developing new processes for FHLMC Incentive Recon, Loss Analysis documented process, Charge-off processes, etc
Position Requirements Include:
- Substantial default servicing experience
- Demonstrated dynamic and extremely flexible mindset
- Full understanding of managed default servicing operations
- Full understanding of customer service, call center, collections, loss mitigation, and default servicing
- Full understanding of foreclosure, bankruptcy, tax and escrow, and loan administration
