Job Summary
A software and recruitment company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Shipper Post Closer in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring investors, title, escrow and warehouse bank are all working simultaneously for an efficient purchase process
- Working the process from funding to purchase and to insuring
- Reviewing loan documents for accuracy, compliance and completeness
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2+ years recent mortgage experience
- Experience issuing Final Closing Disclosure and/or Notie of Servicing Transfer Letter at time of purchase
- Experience in the timely delivery of closed loan files by shipping to Investors and Insuring Agencies (HUD/VA)
- Experience processing loan purchase advice and reconciling final figures
- Experience with Encompass
- Knowledge of TRID rules
