Remote Mortgage Systems Operational Effectiveness and Support Director

Job Summary

A credit union is seeking a Remote Mortgage Systems Operational Effectiveness and Support Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Establish measurable business goals for all levels and roles within the organization
• Develop and maintain annual employee performance scorecard program

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required, or a combination of education and job experience
• Minimum of ten (10) years in financial services, with a minimum of eight (8) years of operational mortgage experience
• Minimum of three (3) years in a direct operations leadership role
• Broad knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA, HELOCs and Jumbo products
