Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Technology Quality Assurance Manager.
Must be able to:
- Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues
- Oversee and personally engage with the development, implementation, and execution of software test plans
- Lead and/or assist with the interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluation process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven experience leading QA / software testing teams
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or relevant industry experience
- Possess a strong foundation in software QA procedures, policies, & methodologies
- Excellent inter-and-intra-department communication skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Cucumber, or similar agile development & test management software
- Experience using command-line interfaces, IDEs, and text editors
