Job Summary
A mortgage insurance company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Title Agency Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing all daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties in proper timeframe
- Reviewing documents to determine if liens/judgements can be removed
- Processing loan changes, title updates and fees changes on title commitments
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Technical: 6 months - 1 year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word); Knowledge of client-based systems
- Attention to detail
- Motivated and positive team player
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
