Job Summary

A mortgage services provider has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Title Curative Specialist III.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Monitor daily pipeline of loans identified with title issues
• Communicate with Foreclosure Attorneys and Title Companies daily to facilitate resolution
• Perform routine research on root cause for title issues

Required Skills:

• Ability to accommodate some travel
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Default/REO Title Curative work
• Knowledge of Default and REO
• Proficiency in the use of Black Knight products including but not limited to MSP and LoanSphere
• Ability to monitor for trends and assist in the creation of solutions to identify loans that may have potential issues
