Job Summary
A financial solutions company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Transaction Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Instructing and educating borrowers their Community Lenders on the different types of mortgage loans and credit options that we offer
- Analyzing applicant’s financial status, credit, and property
- Monitoring the activities and performance of assigned accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Current successful working experience as a Transaction Coordinator/Account Executive/Loan Officer for a Correspondent Lender
- At least 2+ years of experience in correspondent lending sales/support with knowledge of conventional, FNMA, FHLMC, high balance, FHA, VA, and USDA programs
- Proven dedication to building and maintaining relationships with your accounts while providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae guidelines and regulations
- Ability to instruct and educate the client and the client’s personnel on available products, credit options and guidelines
- Ability to validate that the client is compliant with all the lending regulations on each transaction
