Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry with knowledge of Non-QM documentation
• Strong manual underwriting skills and documentation review capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to complete required training by designated timelines
