Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter 3.

Must be able to:

  • Analyze and evaluate residential loan applications originated by branch offices
  • Gather, analyze and interpret all types of credit information for existing and prospective retail banking customers
  • Develop and maintain a loan underwriting portfolio consistent with the Bank's guidelines for credit quality

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of mortgage underwriting experience
  • Advanced understanding of factors affecting real estate values and credit analysis
  • Good mathematical skills
