Job Summary

A financial services provider has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Clearing UTC conditions within 24 hour
Underwriting 2-3 new loans per day
Preparing loans for risk committee

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

3-5 years of experience as an Underwriter and complete knowledge of the mortgage business
Experience with FHA/ VA/ USDA/ Agency loans
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Encompass LOS preferred
