Job Summary
A financial services provider has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Clearing UTC conditions within 24 hour
- Underwriting 2-3 new loans per day
- Preparing loans for risk committee
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Underwriter and complete knowledge of the mortgage business
- Experience with FHA/ VA/ USDA/ Agency loans
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Encompass LOS preferred
