Job Summary
A direct mortgage lender is in need of a Remote Underwriter II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Validating automated underwriting findings, asset, income, and collateral documents
- Reviewing appraisal to ensure valuation is accurate and value is supported
- Calculating and reviewing the net tangible benefit in applicable states
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years experience; broad working knowledge of the mortgage industry
- Mastery in underwriting conventional mortgage loans
