Job Summary

A mortgage lending company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Contact clients to provide updates and clarification on outstanding conditions and deficiencies
• Identify any document deficiencies, request additional information and/or documentation from Clients as needed
• Complete simple and complex Underwriting Reviews

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• 5+ years mortgage industry experience, with 3 years recent underwriting or loan review experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc)
• Knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines
