A recruiting and staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter in Akron.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Underwrite and decision conventional and non-conforming loans
  • Analyze appraisal report and collateral offered in the loan application
  • Verify and analyze income to calculate debt to income ratios for decisions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to analyze and review title opinions for decisioning on all loan applications
  • Ability to provide decision and review completion of the required conditions to approve loan
