A staffing agency focused on helping clients to build a diverse talent pool has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter in Avon.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing and underwriting a high volume of complex residential mortgage loan applications
  • Reviewing applications for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation
  • Making loan approval and denial decisions within designated loan authority

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years of mortgage underwriting experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae underwriting guidelines
  • Strong knowledge of Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae underwriting guidelines and familiarity with all regulations
  • Ability to complete all loan applications on a timely basis
